Let us know what is wrong with your device by filling out our repair service form. Clear information helps us prepare quickly and avoid unnecessary delays.

Sendyour device in
Simply send your device to our factory in Ransbach-Baumbach. You will receive confirmation by email as soon as we receive it.

We will usually get back to you within 24 hours.
Our technicians will analyze your device and contact you by email with an assessment and cost estimate—usually within 24 hours. If you have given us approval for repairs up to a certain amount, your device will be repaired immediately.
4.
Repaired and returned
Your device will be professionally repaired, tested, and returned to you as quickly as possible—often within 1–2 business days.

Register for service: fast, direct, uncomplicated
Whether it’s a repair or technical inspection: simply register your device online for processing using our digital registration form. This saves you time, avoids queries, and gets your equipment back into service as quickly as possible—checked, repaired, and documented by our factory professionals.
