Maximum performance – for large-area welding work on geosynthetics.

When performance, endurance and reliability are required for welding, the MAX-48 is the right choice. With an output of up to 4.8 kg/h (with 5 mm wire), this extruder can also handle extensive weld seams on geomembranes (e.g. HDPE / LLDPE films) in classic geosynthetics applications and sealing technology. Large-format plastic components can also be ideally produced with the plastic construction version.

Despite its power, the MAX-48 remains compact and easy to operate. The digital temperature control for air and earth – DVS-compliant – ensures consistent welding quality. The timed heating control also allows the machine to be used with a normal house connection without compromising on performance.

As is typical of the MAX series, the MAX-48 also offers convenient handling, energy-efficient operation, integrated high-performance LEDs, dust filters and a well thought-out operating menu – all for smooth welding under tough construction site conditions.
