The MAX-18 is our bestseller – and for good reason. Powerful, ergonomic and digitally controlled, it has everything that plastic welding professionals need. Weighing just 5.3 kg, it remains easy to handle, but offers strong welding potential for wall thicknesses of up to 20 mm.

The separately adjustable temperatures for air and compound ensure DVS-compliant quality, while the digital operating menu with material presets makes handling particularly easy. Thanks to an output rate of up to 2.2 kg/h (with 4 mm wire), the MAX-18 can be used almost anywhere – from plastic container construction, pool construction and pipeline construction to HDPE boats, in fish farming or aquaculture systems.

The 360° rotatable welding shoe, infinitely adjustable handle and integrated high-performance LEDs allow you to work precisely – even in tight positions. The standby function reduces noise pollution and saves energy; the device switches off automatically when it cools down.
