MUNSCH Rob-Extruder – Automated plastic welding, rethought.
Our Rob extruders have been specially developed for use on robot arms: particularly light, precise and robust. By separating the extruder unit and control unit, the weight on the robot can be drastically reduced – for smaller robots, higher speeds and better maneuverability.
Whether as a wire or pellet version, the Rob extruder delivers constant welding performance – reliably, efficiently and with low maintenance. It is conveniently controlled via RS232 interface and 5V DC signal, ideal for integration into modern automation solutions.
