With up to 6.5 kg/h with 5 mm welding rod, it is the most powerful manual extruder in the MUNSCH portfolio – ideal for long stretches of geomembranes and thick-walled plastic constructions. Where others weld in 2 layers, the MAX-65 saves you an enormous amount of time. It can even produce welding seams on 50 mm thick plastic sheets in just one pass – and without blowholes!

The completely brushless drive stands for maximum durability, minimum maintenance and uncompromising continuous performance. At the same time, the MAX-65 remains pleasantly quiet in operation and ergonomic in handling – even under intensive use in civil engineering or geotechnical applications.

Thanks to digital temperature control (DVS-compliant), integrated high-performance LEDs and automatic standby mode, this powerhouse is not only powerful, but also energy-efficient and practical.
