K 2007 was a resounding success for MUNSCH Kunststoff-Schweißtechnik GmbH. The company forged a variety of new contacts from Germany and beyond, an excellent signal for the future. The trade fair also provided an outstanding backdrop for the company to present its brand-new, completely revamped product range in plastic welding. Exhibiting in the welding, machining, thermal sealing, and extrusion welding product category, Munsch presented its new highlight – a brushed-motor-driven hand welding extruder.

The top trade fair serving the plastic and rubber industry took place from October 24–31, 2007, attracting around 3,310 exhibitors in raw materials and utilities, equipment and tools, intermediate products, technical parts and reinforced plastic products. The trade fair promised to be a resounding success for the exhibitors, with around 242,000 specialist visitors from a hundred different countries across the world coming to Düsseldorf to gather information or do business. There was much to show that this industry has constantly been gaining interest and importance beyond Germany’s borders. At 57%, the non-German proportion of interested visitors has never been higher. Notably, around 45% of these visitors from outside Germany also came from outside Europe. Many of the specialist visitors occupied decision-level positions in major companies, and were authorised to conclude deals worth millions right at the trade fair.
MUNSCH Kunststoff-Schweißtechnik GmbH would like to thank all of the visitors at K 2007, and looks forward to K 2010 with relaxed anticipation.
