Successful finish of apprenticeship

The year 2012 started pleasant for four of our apprentices. All the four have successfully passed their exams and consequently ended their apprenticeship at Munsch. This meant reaching another major milestone in the professional life of those four – a Draftsman, two industrial mechanics and one cutting machine operator.

Like this another eventful year of professional education at Munsch ended. All four trainees will continue working for Munsch in the future.

One of the basic principles of Munsch is to cover free job positions by skilled personnel that have been educated at Munsch. We also set value on offering our staff the possibility of gaining further qualification and education after completion of the general apprenticeship.

The training and education of our personnel has significant value in our company. This is for example shown by the fact that the apprentice-rate with appr. 10 % of the total number of employees is reasonably higher than the average rate in the branch.

The finishing of apprenticeship by far does not equal the end of learning. The staff is continuously improving skills at internal and external trainings on several topics. The activities reach from tailor-made internal education, external specialized courses and master school up to seminars at the university for the graduation of specialized pump engineer.

The qualification of our employees on a maximum level is one of the basics to secure competitiveness and entrepreneurial future of our company. Also the creation and preservation of a sophisticated business culture is being supported by continuous enhancement of education of our personnel.

Additionally this process allows the qualified employees to improve their standing in the company and secure an adequate subsistence. This can definitely be considered a win-win situation.

Also in this year, Munsch will appoint new trainees for apprenticeship and by that continue the successful concept of in-house education.
